As the CEO and Founder of Knowledge Rules,
Ron grew this highly-specialized Business Process
Management (BPM) technology firm into a
worldwide consulting organization.
Ron launched the company in Philadelphia
and Boston in 2003 and established offices
in London, Madrid and Sofia, Bulgaria.

Knowledge Rules partnered with many firms in India to further serve its global marketplace of Fortune 1000 firms, primarily in the insurance, financial services and healthcare sectors. Knowledge Rules was acquired by Accenture in 2010.

Previously, Ron was Executive Vice President of Pegasystems (NASDAQ: PEGA) in charge of business development, marketing, investor relations, product development, training, customer appreciation programs and partnerships.

From 1994 to 1998, Ron was Vice President of eCommerce at Advanta Corporation (NASDAQ: ADVNA), the 6th largest issuer of Visa/MasterCard where he was responsible for launching new products and creating the industry’s first singularly integrated customer service platform including call center, web self-serve and ATM.

From 1992 to 1994, Ron was a senior executive at Kelly Services (NASDAQ: KELYA) where he was responsible for strategic business and product development in the emerging auxiliary labor market space including outsourcing, facilities management and employee leasing.
