On the Board

As an Independent Director for Philadelphia
Insurance Companies (NASDAQ: PHLY),
Ron served on the Audit, Investment,
Governance and Nominating committees.
With his extensive technology background,
he acted as liaison between the Board and
the IT group, which represented the second
largest annual operational spend in the organization.

Key issues addressed during his tenure included Sarbanes Oxley compliance, executive compensation, sustainability reporting integration and, finally, the successful sale of PHLY to Tokyo Marine, resulting in a significant premium for shareholders.
